Payment Methods
Cash, credit card, wire transfers, certified check, or 3rd-party financing are available. Ask for more details. All transactions must be in U.S dollars.
Deposit
A prospective buyer may place a deposit on the vehicle to secure the purchase of the vehicle within five business days.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Ocean Auto Mart will disclose all information known about any and all vehicles. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. A buyer's inspection is encouraged. If the buyer elects to inspect the vehicle, the buyer is responsible for any and all inspection costs.
Warranty
Most vehicles are sold in “as is condition” unless Ocean Auto Mart indicates otherwise. Manufacturer's warranties may apply. Extended warranties may also be available for purchase. Ask for details.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. New Jersey buyers must pay 6% New Jersey sales tax plus a $125 documentary fee plus costs for title, plates and registration.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Ocean Auto Mart will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. Ocean Auto Mart assumes no responsibility for damages incurred once the vehicle leaves the premises. Full payment must be received before vehicle is shipped.
